Privacy Policy

I. General provisions
1. This privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedure for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the MB “Laisvalaikis visiems” e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the buyer of the e-shop www.homeld.net (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
2. The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data is determined by the privacy policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
3. By providing your personal data in the e-shop, you agree that the Seller will manage and process them in accordance with the procedure and means provided for in this privacy policy and legal acts.
4. The Seller is guided by the following principles of personal data processing:
4.1. Personal data is collected for legitimate purposes.
4.2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
4.3. The Seller is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, therefore personal data is processed lawfully, in cases where the data subject gives consent, i.e. agrees to comply with the rules for using the e-store and when a contract is concluded or performed, when one of the parties is the data subject;
4.4. Personal data is constantly updated.
4.6. Personal data is processed only by those employees who have been granted such a right.
4.7. All information about the processed personal data is confidential.
4.8. The State Data Protection Inspectorate is notified of the processing of personal data in accordance with the established procedure.
5. We inform you that in order for the Buyer to be able to use the full-fledged services on the Seller's website, we record information (cookies) on the Buyer's computer (device) for the purposes of website traffic statistics. The Buyer has the right not to agree to the recording of the aforementioned information on the computer (device), in which case some website functions may become inaccessible.

II. Collection, processing, storage of personal data
6. The Seller respects each of your rights to privacy. All of your personal data, which we provide on the Seller's e-site, is collected and processed for the following purposes:
6.1. to process the Buyer's orders for goods;
6.2. to issue all necessary financial documents (e.g. invoices);
6.3. to resolve problems related to the provision or delivery of goods;
6.4. to fulfill other contractual obligations;
6.5. for direct marketing purposes.
7. During registration in the e-store, the Buyer must provide correct personal data.
8. The Seller ensures the secure processing of the Buyer's personal data and protection against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration and disclosure of personal data.
9. The Seller reserves the right to use data not directly related to the Buyer for statistical purposes. Such statistical data is collected and processed in a way that does not allow the disclosure of the Buyer's personal identity or other personal data.

9.1 Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, which is managed by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.

III. Changing or updating personal data
10. The Buyer has the right to change and/or update the personal information provided in the registration form at any time.
IV. Transfer of information or claims
11. The Buyer, having allowed the processing of his personal data, has the right:
11.1. to demand correction, destruction of his personal data or suspension, except for storage, of the processing of his personal data when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of this and other laws;
11.2. to object to the processing of his personal data.
V. Changing the Privacy Policy
12. The Seller has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Policy by notifying the e-store.
